My first year in Oxford I fell foul of the fourth-from-last entry, if you replace 'dinner' by 'tea'.

Is this rosetta stone useful for all of Britain or only for the English part?

I suspect you could replace 'Britain' with 'Most of the english speaking world,' except I'm not sure about Canada.
